Product Development at CBS Consumer Products. He informed me that they
were going to create a 6ft physical model of my U.S.S.Titan.
The plan is for the to have it as part of the Star Trek World Tour that starts next Year.
Originally they had slated John Eaves to build the model, but his schedule was booked,
so it has be passed along to Gene Rizzardi (Titanic) and his shop. Hopefully
he will be able to get it completed in the time that CBS has a lotted him.
To say that I am overwelmed is a understatement. Who would of thought that my design
that I entered into the Design the Titan Contest would of 1. won the contest and 2. get made
into a physical model by people in the industry that I really respect.
This has bee a fun ride. Where stops no one knows.
Update 12-28-07
Just a q uick update on the Physical Titan Model and Tour info...
Gene Rizzardi and his crew have started on the model, and plan on having completed by 01/09/2008.
As for the Tour, I have been told they are filming a segment on the second on board the U.S.S. Titan with
Tuvok (Tim Russ) and Wesley Crusher (Wil Weaton). Unfortunatly they were not able to get Mr Frakes for Riker.
I will post WIP shots as I get them, none as of yet
Update 6-20-08
I just heard today that the Titan Experience has been pulled from the Tour.
I guess it didn't get put into the run in San Diego. But there is a picture
of it in the Exhibit in the History part.
I will post more info when I get more.

You should ask about that, see how far they would like to take it if resources allow.
