that was published in the early 90's. It is a universe where the Empire Lead by Khan became stronger and never fell to the Klingon/Cardasian (SP)
Alliance. It is just something fun I have been playing with.

over the ship, and was able to persuade it's crew to join him, He then took the Reliant to Earth and was able to take over after he killed Empress Sato III.
There he change the Empire into a stronger and more powerful Empire, Spock never tried to make reforms. He still rose within Starfleet, and eventually
formed a underground resistance movement.
I am still figuring out more of that universes history.
